I'm Tori Reid, a somatic psychotherapist based in the Northern Rivers, NSW.
At InnerBloom, I offer Hakomi-informed somatic psychotherapy for people who feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, or who sense that talking alone hasn't been quite enough. Sessions are currently available online, with in-person sessions opening soon in the Northern Rivers.
Together, we’ll explore how past experiences influence the way you feel and respond in the present. By becoming more aware of these patterns, we can begin to shift what no longer serves you or might feel limiting. My approach creates a safe and compassionate space for you to reconnect with yourself, bring awareness to these core patterns, and move forward with greater freedom, clarity and ease.
My approach blends somatic psychotherapy, supported self-study, and trauma-informed care to guide you to the root cause of what’s creating stress, challenges and imbalance.
