At InnerBloom, I offer a gentle, body-centered approach to healing.
Together, we’ll explore how past experiences influence the way you feel and respond in the present. By becoming more aware of these patterns, we can begin to shift what no longer serves you or might feel limiting. My approach creates a safe and compassionate space for you to reconnect with yourself, bring awareness to these core patterns, and move forward with greater freedom, clarity and ease.
My approach blends somatic psychotherapy, supported self-study, and trauma-informed care to guide you to the root cause of what’s creating stress, challenges and imbalance.
Whatever you're carrying
- I often feel anxious in my body or in relationships, even when there’s no obvious cause.
- I feel alone with my struggles, like no one’s really there for me.
- I’ve learned to hide parts of myself to be accepted and I want to be myself. But I don't really know who I am.
- I find it hard to believe I am enough as I am, and often feel like I have to earn something to be loved.
