In-Person Somatic Therapy near Byron Bay
I see clients in person at my home studio in the Byron hinterland, a short drive from Byron Bay, Mullumbimby, Bangalow and Brunswick Heads, and easy to reach from across the Northern Rivers. It’s a quiet, private space surrounded by green, and I’ll share the exact location once your first session is booked.
Sessions are slow and unhurried. We follow what’s happening in your body moment to moment, with warmth and close attention, so you can turn towards what’s there at a pace that feels safe. Sessions run for 60 to 75 minutes, with time at the end to integrate and gently settle before returning to your day.
Most people come weekly or fortnightly, as regular sessions are where real change takes root.

"I cannot recommend Tori and InnerBloom Somatics enough. I have struggled a lot of my life with anxiety and depression from trauma. I have spent thousands in talk therapy, on medication... it never helped a great deal. With Tori I can feel a shift because it's not just about my mind, it's about my body too and so a wholistic approach is taken that is gentle. I leave feeling like I've peeled another layer but in a safe space where old habits and unhelpful patterns are falling away. I wish I had known about this 20 years ago so if you're undecided come with an open mind, do at least a few sessions and give it a go because it does work."
"After such profound depth and discovery working with Tori and InnerBloom somatic psychotherapy I would highly recommend her and this business. Tori has a beautiful, gentle and powerful energy that allows you to sink into trust and vulnerability easily. I found myself really allowing what ever needed to show up and it has given me back the energy and presence I was feeling missing in my life through a challenging time.
I’m very grateful. ✨✨✨"
“I sought out Tori during a profound internal life transition, and I'm so grateful I did. From the start, her calm, compassionate presence made me feel fully supported and safe. She gently guided me inward, helping me reconnect deeply with my body and heart—something that's incredibly challenging in our fast-paced modern world.
Through our sessions, I've gained a deeper self-awareness and practical tools to stay grounded and connected on my own. Tori's somatic approach has been transformative, allowing me to process emotions in a way that feels gentle yet powerful. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking true healing and embodiment."
